3.2 Shipping the Return

  • Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package using a trackable carrier. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

4.2 Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price of the returned item, excluding original shipping charges, unless the return is a result of our error.
